Shipping and Returns
All products sold on peachtinted.com are final sale. Additionally, peachtinted.com does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been successfully processed. all products sold on peachtinted.com are final sale.
We are unable to disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse teams. we strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.
Please allow 14-21 business days from your order date for shipping on EU orders. shipping times may be less. If over 21 business days has elapsed and you still haven’t received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us here.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for international orders. Due to covid19, international shipping times are difficult to estimate.
Updating Shipping Address
peachtinted.com is more than happy to update the shipping address associated with your order. Upon reaching out to us here, please share your updated shipping address. Please be sure to include your order number in the email to support. Below is the required format to update your shipping address:

Important note: in order to maintain the process of fulfillment, it is not a guarantee that shipping addresses will be updated as your order may be in progress to ship. Once received, we will update the address and follow up with a confirmation.
Packages Lost by Carrier
Unfortunately, if your package has been declared as “delivered” peachtinted.com is unable to support accommodations for this occurrence.
For damaged or missing packages, we recommend filing a claim through the carrier immediately. To ensure that a response from the carrier is guaranteed, customers must file no later than 30 days from the date of mailing.
